We loved the heated pool, the dinner buffet was great and the staff super friendly and welcoming to see us return. The Grand Lapa is definitely a hotel that is in our top list to stay in Macao.

I got a room with the nicest view: the outer harbor area with the Science Center perpendicular to my room.

The room was comfortable and clean and the amenities were sufficient. The staff members were very friendly. The breakfast at Cafe Bela Vista, however, was underwhelming: there's minimum variety; no other sausage aside from pork sausage; chicken nuggets in the menu like, really?

It might be because the economy is so bad right now. Not sure. The lunch at Kam Lai Heen was okay. There was enough variety.
